Who we are
This website is operated by ALHOSANI d.o.o., a company registered in Bosnia and Herzegovina, based at Stupska 8, Sarajevo. We are responsible for the data that reaches us through the site.
What we collect
Only what you type yourself: your name, email, phone number and message when you write to us through the email form, book a consultation, or request a property or a travel package. If you sign in with Google we receive your name, email and picture from Google — never your password.
What stays on your device
Favourites, comparison, chosen currency, night mode and recently viewed properties are stored in your own browser (local storage) and are not sent to us. We use no advertising cookies and we do not sell your data. The only cookies are those needed for sign-in and language.
Third-party services
Some parts of the site load from other providers with their own policies: WhatsApp (when you message us), Google Maps and Street View, OpenStreetMap, YouTube and TikTok (when you play a video), and an exchange-rate service. These providers may see your IP address when their content loads.
Why we use your data
To answer your request, arrange your appointment and prepare an offer that suits you — nothing else. We do not send marketing messages you did not ask for.
How long we keep it
We keep your message as long as it is needed to serve you or as the law requires, then delete it.
Your rights
You may ask for a copy of your data, its correction or deletion at any time. Message us on WhatsApp or through the Contact page and we will act on it.
